These African American ladies treat customers like trash. They did not want to work and they did not respect customers. I have seen it days by days they can do whatever they want from screaming to shouting and nobody wants to do anything about it. The manager of this place should solve this problem because this is SMU and everyone is nice to each other. Do not let these African Americans ruin this. Some weeks ago I saw a white guy and he is really really cool but I did not see him now maybe he is afraid of these African Americans ladies. They are so so stubborn.

Carlton makes it awesome every single time I stop by he always is above and beyond
Great place to grab a quick coffee before class, but theres usually a line so be aware of that. Service is always quick and efficient and they usually spell everyone's name right
