The lady that works in there was really sweet and nice... I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know on prices or anything, she really explained to me everything I needed to know, if I end up needing a storage unit again I’ll definitely be coming back here again!!!!
Mrs. Genesis was very nice and helpful. She was warm and welcoming once I walked through the door. She was able to not only help me save my storage unit but save me some money at the same time. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
The service has been great. They worked with my insurance company. Which was a huge plus for me. The restoration co about to rob me blind in storage fees. US storage saved me thousands in storage fees. I was a victim of the Texas winter storm.nnThank you Genesis
