We ordered online for delivery from the hospital. We called to make sure they knew which entrance to come to and were told they don’t deliver anymore. Yet the web site let us order for delivery and charged us. They said we will get a refund. Extremely disappointed in this place. Now we get to work 12 hours with no food. Thank yo so much Pizza Hut.
Don’t buy here. No curbside pick up, orders are never on time, people are always having to wait an extra 30 minutes or more for their orders even when placed online. Not sure where management is, but there’s never a confident/able person at the front. Honestly, the last 5 or 6 pick up experiences here have been the same.... just bad. I’m never buying here again.
The food was great and so was the service. What I didn’t like was that Nicole wasn’t wearing a face mask. In the times we are in right now it shouldn’t be something only certain people should do
1st time ordering here.... Never again. Staff extremely unorganized and vulgar. Management is not even a manager. No kind of professionalism and integrity. Was told 20 min took 35 min (not to mention I chose contact less pick up, still had to go in and pick up my order). Never was even notified about my order being completed. The staff is really childish and wild. Walking around with mask off. The establishment has lost my service. If you want pizza Hut PLEASE go anywhere except here
