We pulled up and they were very busy. We waited in the drive through for about 30 minutes to place our order. When we started placing our order the lady said sorry we can only give 2 smoothies per car because they were low on ingredients, we are a family of five. We told them that it would helpful if they put a sign in the drive though before people have to wait for 30 minutes and be told that you can't order for your whole family. The 2 shakes that we did get we not made correctly and tasted like powder and no flavor. We love smoothie king and have never had a problem at any other location. I would not recommend going to this location at all!

Ordered on the app to be ready at 5 and it was ready exactly then! Order was correct and the person that gave me my order was nice and happy. That's all it takes for me.

I ordered here through Door Dash and I feel so sorry for Door Dash cause Smoothie King got my order wrong...... and by wrong I mean insanely wrong! I ordered two gladiators one strawberry and one chocolate, and They both came in almost all crushed ice only and coconut milk in it no flavor or fruit or protein whatsoever. We called smoothie king 1st and they said they were willing to give us new ones if we came and picked it up. But we couldn’t because we ordered through door dash. We had to call door Dash and they sent us replacements. But even the replacements came in the same. And we know it was not door Dash’s fault at all. It may not necessarily be the Smoothie King, but whoever was working there that night had no respect or no experience...... Door Dash gave my credit and I feel so bad that they had to cause it was not their fault at all!!! Absolutely awful!!!

Drinks were the worst (they need some more training) employees were very rude! They close at 9 don’t show up after that ud83dude12ud83dude12they won’t serve you even though it says they close at 10pm ...
