Online ordering was fine. My mom and brother got their pizza's the way they wanted but I did not. They literally just copy and pasted my mom's order onto mine. I wanted chicken, bacon, mushrooms jalapenos, onions, and spinach with the garlic sauce. I got beef, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and onions with garlic sauce- it was nearly identical to my mom's.nnThe deliver guy was nice as well but the cooks need to get it together.

I spent $42+ on pizza. Online ordering was a breeze. Got my pizza and it was burnt. All five were extremely brown. I called the store and told them about it. I was offered to do a re-make but they would have to have the pizzas that were burnt back. My family had already taken the pieces that were edible and I told them this. I was told that they would not re-make the pizzas that had been touched (I forget their exact wording). I was on hold for 20 minutes that time. I hung up and called back. I was put on hold again for 7 minutes. The manager didn't even get on the phone. I did tell them that the Google review wasn't going to be a good one. I will not use this location again. They are horrible both with their product and their customer service skills are lacking.nnBTW, I took pictures but of course they don't give you the ability to post them.

I easily placed an order online for carry out. Close to the time for my order to be ready, I received a call that they wouldn’t fill my order and they were going to cancel it. A reason was not giving as to why. All that was communicated was “their internet isn’t supposed to be on”. Unfortunately my family did not get to enjoy pizza tonight. I used my free pizza reward. Hopefully they refund my money and my reward.

I hope this location gets better employees or starts to pay better so that the people that do work there can care about their jobs. Instead of answering the phone and saying hey we’re not taking call in orders because we are backed up they little boy in the front kept hanging up the phone on customers. Me being me I called when I got inside just to see who was hanging up, so I could tell him a few things. People that don’t like their jobs shouldn’t take it out on customers, they should take it out on themselves. Hopefully the customer service gets better. I blame the store manager

I had high hopes that this location would be better than the one on wheatland but unfortunately it's about the same. If you order car side delivery prepare to wait 10 to 15 mins despite the app telling you its ready AND them seeing you park in the designated spot. Today I got there and had to call. Turns out they forgot to make my other pizza. Here I wait even longer. Come on management...let's do better!
