Terrible service. No one answers. They said they called me to tell me they didn't have pasta. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They said they leave voicemails and don't send messages. I told them I didn't get a voicemail. All the person had to say was, oh sorry. This was after 20 minutes of hold time and being hung up on once. The delivery driver didn't even mention that they tried to contact me or anything about the pasta when we got the rest of the food.

I just feel the overall quality of pizza hut pizza has really gone downhill in the last decade. I don't know what changed but u can definitely taste the difference. I imagine somewhere along the way quality has been sacrificed so someone from the top could make a larger bonus. Considering the low cost to make pizza the prices are already astronomical so why not bring back the quality and taste that made pizza hut the family staple it once was. At least then I could justify spending 20 bucks for something that costs a couple dollars to make.

BURNT PIZZA- we placed an order online and arrived at Pizza hut in approximately 7 minutes after order was placed pulled up to the window and we're told we needed to wait 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. When we received it it was the pizza in posted photo burnt unappealing and a total waste. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place. I'm now going to go out of my way to find a different location so I can enjoy my favorite pizza which means though I will not be giving up on them they will be receiving far less business from my family.

We were charged for 2 heart shaped pizzas on February 14th and never actually got it delivered to us. We have tried to get ahold of the store through the phone but no one ever answers. We need a refund now please. It’s been exactly a week since we placed our order.

Duncanville, Texas Pizza Hut has te worst customer service all the way up to the General Manager. I spoke with Pizza Hut today, after trying to reach them several times yesterday, to be hung up on or no answer. Spoke with a girl today who ask me to take aa picture on yesterday pizza today. The General manager said that they need yesterday pizza back inorder to rectify the problem. When I asked for his manager name & number the General mgt. was very uncorporating. No resolution. I will not be eating at Pizza Hut ever. Pixxa was cold upon delivery.
