This new location is HORRIBLE, I will never order from this location ever again. I placed online order for delivery and once received order completely wrong. I called the store location and spoke with the store manager Ruben who had no empathy and cared less. No apology for their mistake or nothing I was surprised. Called back an hr later because he confirmed me I would receive my food correctly and still nothing. When I called back the store manager had no clue of what I was talking about. No customer service, just rude. I will drive to CedarHill to get my pizza at this point.

This Domino's is the closest to my house. Over the last year the service has been hit and miss. I hadn't order pizza in the last two months because the last time I order they burned my pizza and wings. So after two months I placed an order on last night 02/25/21. Completed my order online at 7:40. The pick up time said 7:45-7:55. I arrived at 8:00 order was not ready , no big deal I paid and waited. It is now 8:15 still no order. Walked up to the counter asked how much longer and was not able to get a straight answer. 8:25 I ask again and they say it's coming out now. Okay it is now 8:30 and still no order. So I walked up.to the counter and asked for a refund. Once I asked for a refund the pizza and wings are now being boxed. This was by far the worst experience. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I admire this venue a lot. there is a very nice ambiance. The kitcen is superb. the service is effective and the crew is polite. The price is decent. greatly recommend.
