Don't ever get a storage place for this company they are crooks say they had to cut my lock off when they have a key to my unit because they took pictures of what I had in there for auction and another time they had to replace the doors on the units they had my key then they try and get every possible dollar out of you crooks and when I asked if my unit was sitting there without a lock they said no so I will never rent one from this place ever again and I hope anyone else doesn't either because they dont care about their customer's stuff the gate at the rental place has been wide open for months because no one will fix it they said lol I know a buddy who owns one of the gate companies and they just wanted it done cheap smh don't go to this place because they will screw you in a heartbeat
Well i liked it better when i could get to storage at my schedule not by 10pm. But other than that very good people at Preston Highway office, like CJ , she is very helpful. Nicole is too. If i could remember names better there is one more woman who knows who she is, unfortunately i cant put a name on her at present time.nI dont have any complaints aside the 10pm access deadline.
They over charge and are generally unhelpful and rude when you call them.
Good facility for storage needs.
