We have been happy with Q-2 for several years now. Mark and Susanne were frantic and Shane and David have been so helpful. I highly recommend them to everyone.
We purchased a unit through them earlier this week. We told them we would be filling it up Sunday as it was our only day off this week. The employee insured us that we were all set and good to go.nWhen we arrived at the unit the attendant had forgotten to take the facilities lock off. Since the facility is closed on Sunday's we were stuck with two truck loads full of our personal belongings and no where to put them.nWe had to drive across town to find a new storage facility that was open on a Sunday. We wasted 2 hours of our only day off renting another unit, from a different company. Absolutely unacceptable!
Great Place to Store Merchandise
This storage facility offers excellent customer service, as well as a clean and secure environment. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Q2 Self Storage.
