The people in the pharmacy is very rude and disrespectful. They do Not answer they're phone and when they finally do they hang up on you,they're rude and had no care for the patient care at all. You ask for help they tell you stuff like google it. Just very unprofessional in that place. I will be chaging my son meds from this place. And Britney is NOT a good manger at all.

I would love to give them no stars!! I went and brought my prescriptions in at 2:30pm told me it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I waited an hour!! And of course it’s still not ready and then told me their 2hrs behind they will text me when it’s ready. I called at 7pm Because I haven’t heard anything!! Was on hold for 22 minutes and finally got an answer saying it was ready. So my sister and I drove there to pick it up. And guess who didn’t have a chance to call my orthodontist for verification!! For my pain medicine because I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled!! Told me they will call in the morning!! When they get a chance!nLearn from my mistake and go to a different drugstore!!

I've had my prescriptions here at the Cockrell Hill location for sometime and I've never had any issues. I use the automated system to refill and they are always ready. It's really the best option along with text alerts to ensure you dont have to wait long. I've even had the Pharmacist contact me to remind me to pick up my medication. The staff does change quite often possibly for the techs to rotate at different locations. However, all staff have been professional to me.

It is pretty normal for the Pharmacy to regularly refuse to answer the phone on weekends. I've had the front store staff go to them and tell them to answer the phone, only to have them continue to refuse to do so (the front staff do not manage the Pharmacy, so technically they can ignore them.) This is technically something that can be reported to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
