My experience here was SUPERB, if I could turn back time I would have walked into this dealership first. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, the best price, got us all the discounts/rebates we qualified for, all upfront! Everything was straightforward and to the point! This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and will definitely be going back when I'm in the market again.
Service appointment was great, nice guy who checked the car in. Love the text communication once the car was checked in for questions. My sales man even walked over at pick up to check on us. They all made it go smoothly.
Salesperson was great... it seemed finance took a long time for everything, but I guess that is normal. We will definitely go back for our future vehicles
They were very nice with talking to us about our car and customer service, but they had all the information about our car that was getting serviced and they had us make an appointment so that we could have specific things taken care of. We showed up and they seemed to make an excuse by saying that they didn't know what car it was, and that the specific headlight they didn't have after we set the appointment with them to get that headlight. I am unsatisfied with their service and how they lack the ability to be honest with us about what they can and can't do for a specific price
My experience was very positive. No pressure, dealt with one person, in and out timely. Finance had papers filled out and the signing went very quickly. Salesman was patient and explained the nuances on my purchase.
