Every one is very rude an need proper trainingnMgmt needs to notify someone my burger meat was not heated and the fries were reheated so many times and then u forget to put burger meat on kids meal the most wasted 34.32 i ever spent not coming back ✌

Worst customer service on afternoon shift, crew does not read order and young man got upset for asking him repeat my order back to make it more crazy get to front window no greeting other young man just pass me the food and close window why I was trying ask for condiments.nnI work for McDonald’s 22 years and was GM last 12 years. What happen to serving with a smile and providing great customer service this is not my first issue with this location but seems like leadership is doing nothing

I entered this establishment to purchase an ice cream cone only to be repulsed by a mildewed muffin sitting inside of the display case on the front counter for everyone to see. It makes me think that if management is willing to display a mildewed muffin for everyone then I already know what to expect with all of the other food products you serve. I quickly told the cashier and was sent to management and when I told the manager she said she is one of the managers and she has told the lead manager but nothing has been done. I’m pretty sure if code enforcement for the city of Dallas came through that would be changed quickly. Let’s get our act together people. Living in my own community and supporting it is my number one priority. But we have to work together. Let’s not get so busy that we forget the things and people that keep our business is open.
