2 weeks in a row I’ve called on a Thursday to set up an inspection on Friday. Both times the lady told me they’d be happy to help, and both times when I arrive on Friday.. nobody answers phones, nobodys been in the shop, and no follow-up call letting me know they aren’t available. Just blatant disrespect, and just a huge waste of time.
