Was a customer over four years this is the year I decided not to file with them , I haven't even spoken to anyone in over a year and they charge way to much which they never tell you there fee .. $100 a page and said I needed over 10 copies ... all lies and my 2020 return was filed without my permission and this has never happened to me ... Courtney Lyles and martinette only two I have worked with. Made a report with there manager named Jason never return my calls . All three credit bureaus have been notified, police report filed and irs and social security administration has been notified. Whom ever did that to me and my kids I hope it is worth it..... they never till this day have mailed me my prior returns... people do not come here run and stay away PERIOD ..... God Bless

They ripped me so hard. I could have done my taxes for free else where in an app or other tax preparer. I am clear about what they cheated me. My refund was more than $4000 which I ended up getting only $1800 that they took more than 50% preparing my tax. I never recommend them to any one unless you want your full amount or near that.
