We went there to go check out a 2012 Toyota RAV4. They PRIDE themselves on being blue star certified!!!! But guess what! I called blue star mechanics (it’s a great third party mechanic company). their phone is 1-800-buy-wise. So, bargain buggy has NOT had blue star service them for several years!! We decided not to do business because if they were willing to lie about that, what else are they willing to lie about. Not impressed the sales representatives were very pushy and rude. Their Doc fee is $495, which is high for used car dealership. Inspection fee from their mechanics was $158. This place is a joke sorry not sorry. 8/29/2020.

The car had maybe a 1 gallon of gas in it. So I was nervous the whole time while test driving it. like most used cars, it has scratches and dents but it was priced the same as a Clean Retail from NADA and Kelley blue book. On the price sheet they listed that the car had a JBL stereo and a Navigation system. Both of those items were not actually in the car. So they lied. The KSL and website posting of the car listed miles at 103,000 and it’s actually at 105,500. A piece of chrome from the fog light was missing. Josh (salesmen) found it in the back and wanted us to go buy some glue ourselves and put it back on. And lastly, they use the Blue Star Mechanic name and services without actually using them on their cars. if you don’t believe me call blue star mechanics at 1-800-buy-wise.

Great service, I loved it. Got a car picked out quickly and they carry nice cars. They are really straightforward and open with you.

Not a fan! I was recently in need of a car. I wasn't sure exactly the type is was looking for, but I did know my budget. I don't think he showed me a single car in my price range. Also 17 miles to the gallon is not "great gas mileage". They said that about every car I looked at. Also, when someone asks what the difference between two similar cars are it is best not to mock them and tell them "A lot, since they are two different brands." Duh. I was looking for specifics. I'm glad I found another local business who listened to my wants and needs and found my perfect car. I will not be back here again and all of my referrals will go to Salt Flats Auto instead.

Josh was amazing in helping me get into a car within my budget. The team there is going to clean, repair cosmetic flaws and do a full safety inspect including maintenance. So glad I stopped in. Truly an awesome dealership. Thank you.
