My dad is currently a client, every time I call, the call does not go through or the VM is full! Gately was court given to my dad, isn't it the layers job to keep in touch with the client? It has be almost 7 months & I have received a call back. Pretty sad.

my brother who is her client has been trying to get in contact with her for the last six months he has asked me to call and I can't reach her either and I am out of town I've read reviews of people saying they do not answer their phone if I happened to get a call back I will delete this post. Also he is not calling her collect she is just not accepting the free callsnnHe has called the number listed! He has written numerous times in the almost year he has been there NOTHING! I Have called and emailed NO RESPONSE HE HAS NOW WRITTEN THE BAR TO GET YOU REMOVED AS HIS LAWYER! Its sad you cant reapond to your inmates but can respond to a review! & this inmate name is Michael Anderson
