I recently had multiple christmas presents sent in one box. It was shipped from CO to this HUB and later be in transit to Garland. Well I got info that the package is now being shipped back to me. I received the package however the box is different. I opened it up and I noticed the box of chocolate was still there and the alcohol was gone with a note saying it leaked and sorry. Well if it really leaked wouldn't it leak on the box of chocolate too? Anyways I just found out that I'm not allowed to ship alcohol but I don't think its right to send me back with a hand written note that it leaked and took it for themselves. There has been other issues that has happened with this shipping company not just this specific incident.weve also had medical supplies missing.
Main ups said package pickup wouldn’t be a problem multiple times but this hun refused pickup. Extremely rude staff.
