Love this company! Have used them for 10 years and they have always been there for me. Was stuck in mud... yes mud and they pulled me out and it was pouring rain. My mother was stuck on a curb too and they were quick and so helpful to pull her out. I’ve always had a great experience with them.
Called got a quote at 140 my wife called a few days later and it’s gone up to 200. I call to ask why and the guy says the truck driver has to get out and use external force because they won’t pull in the grass this and that.. when I told him he can pull off in the grass. They just charge what they feel like charging at the time. No wonder they only have 2.9 stars
Oh my goodness! I saw them hook up a car and take off so fast the front of the car fell apart, not all the way but the car was scrapping the ground as they towed it off. There are little parts of the car along with marks where the car was dragged..... That car is messed up because they hooked it up wrong. I don't know who's car it was, but it was at Century380 and it was a newer white car in the middle of the apt. complex. I'll post pics of it as soon as I get a chance.
My new vehicle I had just bought was towed the 18th of January no warning. Picked it up for $321 at 7:30. Got back to my apartment complex that I live at around 8:45. Not even an hour later, it is towed again while I was parked in a visitor area. The guy I spoke to was very rude and assured that we had got a warning sticker but never received one. They are constantly parked at the apartment complex waiting for someone to park so they can see if they are their next target. Horrible customer service and do predator towing. Will be contacting the BBB.
This company targets cars at a time when they would still be visiting friends. I was visiting friends at their apartment complex (which I was looking to move into until now). I was there for about 1 hour and I parked in a non-covered, unmarked parking where guests always park. I came back down to my car having a massive sticker on the windshield threatening to tow me for not having a permit. I was in a loaner car that had loaner decals all over the it. The sticker they put on my car was near impossible to get off and there was still sticker residue all over the car once the sticker was removed. This company cost the apartment complex a potential customer.
