I usually am not one to write nasty and hateful reviews, but I am just appalled at how this company provides service. They towed my car from my apartment complex. I had personal items in there as well as my 2 year old daughters stroller and carseat. I went to them to retrieve my items and my husbands work items that were in the trunk were no longer there. They had placed my belongings inside a bag and more than half of the items were missing. I am disgusted at the way I was treated when I went up there and when I confronted them about my personal belongings they had 'no idea' what happened to them and made it seem like I didn’t know what was in my vehicle. I hope no one has to go through this experience; they have absolutely poor service!

They are so nice
These people were so genuinely NICE!!! I was running late, because I was coming from out of town and they waited past their closing time for me to get there. I was nervous because of all the negative reviews, but EVERYONE behind the desk were VERY FRIENDLY. We were talking and laughing, like it wasn't a difficult situation. I TRULY thank yall for helping me with my things aka junk!
At first I was angry that these people wanted to charge me $80 for my own possessions.nBut after a friend went down there to get it, they did not charge him. The sad thing is the two most important items were stollen.nBibles. Why would someone steal our bibles.nWhat is worse is that one of them cant be replaced. It came from my husbands dad and mom who are both dead.nI pray that The Holy Spirit quickens thier heart and returns them. God can work miracles.
