I like this location, the employees seem glad to see you and are attentive. Usually they have my sandwich ready to go before I can get my credit card back in my wallet, appreciate the prompt, quick service with a smile. I believe the quality is much better than what you find at Subway or even Firehouse Subs. I seek out Jimmie Johns when I travel as the service and quality is highly consistent from one location to another.
They ALWAYS get the order wrong. You pay for extra of something to be added? It wont get added. You ask them to leave something off because your allergic? NOPE they're going to add it. No matter what it is or how you order it they will find a way to mess it up.
This used to be our favorite place to have delivered but that sadly has to end. Today makes the 4th or 5th time that we've had a delivery made and they've forgotten part of our order. Waiting on hold for over 16 mins to attempt to get this right, isn't a good way to treat long time customers.
The food is good. Service has always been quick and correct. Staff always observe covid protocols. Misaki over mouth and nose and gloves. Tables closed off to make dining in 6 feet apart. Clean clean clean.
