I worked for PH for years. Just moved back to Dallas and ordered from a location about a mile from my house. Delivery was over an hour late. We called and he asked if we had a problem. My daughter said we are checking to see where our order was. He said he would call the driver and call us right back. 30 minutes later we can’t get through. Finally we got through and they hang up. This is beyond ridiculous!
Today 03-17-21 I had a bad experience and poor customer service resolution. I ordered online. It chose incorrect time. I called to this store to have it ready within 30 mins, but he said he can't change the time and I can't have my order ready earlier. If place the order again, I will be ready in 15 minutes. He was rude and not customer service oriented. I placed the order in different PH, and it was ready within 15 mins.
Wow. That was just bad. Cold. Soggy. Tasteless. If you're too busy then just don't take any more orders. It's kinda hard to totally mess up pizza. But this was the worst...EVER.
This store has such bad service. Made my pizza wrong and it wasn't cooked all the way. I took it back and they refuse to give me my money back. The GM said pizza hut doesn't allow them to.... That is total BS!!! Calling corporate next......
