I'm a single mother and although I do not have a lot of money I took what I had to redo a custody agreement. Its been over a year and my case still isn't finished. Yes I understand Covid hit but the communication I have received from this office has been very minimal. At first, I was getting it from Kara but now that has stopped. When my case finally went to court, I got what I was initially going after but we are to go back in front of the judge to finalize numbers. This is yet again another drawn out process and no communication or updates from my attorney on what is going on. I immediately sent over what was asked from the judge and even updated Scott of an address change when I moved. No response from him. In other reviews, I have read that he cares about his clients and is very responsive. I haven't seen it at all. I got treated better when I was getting divorced and went through the county and had 0 money and she did probono for me. I paid for this service and I feel like I've been forgotten about on his back burner. Not what you want in an attorney.

After an awful experience with another attorney, my husband and I were looking for a new attorney to help us. We searched online calling multiple lawyers, and right when we spoke with Kara, Scott's legal assistant, on the phone, she was extremely helpful, and I knew instantly that they were the right attorney for us. She spoke with me about details of our case and was genuine and supportive. When we had our initial consultation with Scott and Kara, they were entirely transparent and realistic, which we truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process of our case, they were responsive, clear with communication, and helped with all details. Before working with them, we felt beyond stressed and they truly took so much of that stress away in making sure everything was scheduled, that we had all details, etc. We just cannot recommend them enough, and I'm so glad that we found them.

Mr. Ruggiero was recommended by another attorney due to some unfortunate circumstances that I was facing with my case. After meeting with Scott I new that I was at the right place. I thank you my friend for all of your hard work and bringing me piece. God Bless

I've spend months looking for a suitable lawyer to help me with my case and I failed miserably each time until my wife and me found Mr. Ruggiero. Originally, with the other lawyers I have spoken to, informed me that they would not be able to help but he was able to solve our case in matters of weeks. He was quite passionate about his work and truly cared about our case. He was completely amazing and I would recommend him to everybody.
