This store is the best store i have even used!! Everyone is so friendly even when they get slammed with customers. They make sure your drink is correct to the T. The store manager Nicole goes above and beyond the Starbucks store manager anytime she can. By far one of the best customer service spots in the Dallas Metroplex! They make you smile when your walking out the door. Every Starbucks should take notes from each and every employee that works here!
I absolutely love coming in the morning. The am crew is always so welcoming. I get my dose of caffeine and a shot of positive vibes☺ufe0f.
There is one exceptional employee who is the reason for my return visits. I think she is a manager (named Alee) who even remembers my name, even though I am not a regular/consistent customer.nThe reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is this location has gotten my order wrong on many occasions.
Nice staff.nThey made my hot coffee exactly how I asked for.
I can even classify this as a Starbucks. I’m not sure why corporate keeps this location open. It smells, no drive thru, and is just unorganized.nIf you want be serviced by the C Team go here; your coffee and service will suffer.
