They always get our orders wrong, that hasn't fail yet. Not very customer service driven.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Every time I go they get my order wrong. Don’t even THINK about going at night time. 1am-3am is the worse time to go, they claim to be open, but every time I go they tell me their system is updating and that they’re closed. I went around 1am and left, then I came back around 3am, that same night, and they told me the same thing. This place is a BIG JOKE. Needs to be closed down. Sorry not sorry.
Terrible stuff. Wasn’t even busy, only car there and had to wait 15 min for my food. They actually forgot about me and I’m right there listening to them with their window open. Last time I visit this location.
Been here almost 30 minutes waiting on 2 meals... went to walk up to order as drive thru was backed up out of the parking lot... thinking it would be faster... should have gone thru drive thru..as the customer's at the walk-up order area are not a priority and are completely being ignored ..waiting insane amounts of time for food... get it together McDonald's
I mean it's McDonald's. I don't ever get any old fries here so that's good. It's pretty fast during breakfast and lunch and slow as all get out late night. That's all fast food places though, I feel like.
