VERY unprofessional tax preparer! I don’t not recommend Mireya Ovalle to anyone! I have been filing taxes with her few years back and this year was my first filing married jointly. Of course, there is always questions and concerns on first time and she is not able to professionally respond to any. We paid her full amount to process our taxes in April/May and have no clue of the process/status of your tax return. I understand of delays due to COVID or any others that my apply to our case, but she is not able to explain what’s going on or what is the hold up. Ridiculous person to deal with just talks over you and has NO EDUCATION what so ever as a businesswoman. Please do not file your taxes here.
