This is a great place to come and spend some time in the water or on the beach. It needs a fair bit of maintenance, but good enough to get outside and enjoy the lake. Still at be of my favorite access points on Lavon.

Only used the boat ramp. No issues with it but would like to have the dock back in the water due to taking elderly family member.

Nice but the park area is blocked for 0 good reasons.

Quiet, not too big and certainly not littered as most parks are in the area. Great for dogs.
