Our delivery driver was awesome tonight. He delivered our food but forgot the drinks. You would think this would be a problem but 15 min. Later our driver was back to deliver the missing drinks (this was done without us having to make a call or complaint). This guy understands customer service and the importance of correcting a mistake, something that I truly appreciated after a long day of work. I have no idea what his name is but our ticket was #183. Thanks again for the awesome service!
Easy to place your order through the app. Lots of variety. Great bundling deals. The pizza is great. Love their meat lovers pan pizza. Fast service. Pick up was fast and easy. Our go to pizza place in Melissa.
I really like this location, staff is friendly. The pizza is always hot and fresh.
I placed an order for a pizza to be delivered, after waiting 30 minutes from the expected delivery time I called for the status and informed the rep we’ll just come pick up the pizzas. The pizza still ended up being delivered (not fresh) so I called to let them know there’s no need to make another one because it’s delivered. The young man was very rude and also used profanity towards me letting him know we have the pizza there was no need to make another one for pick up. We ended up tossing the pizzas in the trash. I wouldn’t eat from a restaurant that don’t respect my dollars and don’t trust them making my food behind the scene. I spoke with the manager Nicole and informed her of the incident, hopefully something was done to the young man. I try to support businesses during this pandemic to prevent job loss and this is the thanks I get. Sad
