Pretty slow getting prescriptions in the drive thru.

Literally sat first in line for over 25 minutes without anyone coming to talk to us. I could see through the window there was one person in line who got helped and left. We rang the call button, knocked on the window thinking maybe the button was broken. Nothing. After 15 minutes someone walked by the window and held up a finger telling us to wait one minute. Ten more and we had to leave because we were now running late to an appointment. Couldn’t get my prescriptions because the customer service was non existent.

My doctor sent them the prescription on Friday they told me it was on order and would be there on Wednesday the next week. I called Wednesday to see if it was ready and I was then told it would be ready Friday. I went by on Friday a week after my doctor called in the prescription. I was then told AGAIN it was on order and would be ready next week Tuesday. Ummm, are you a pharmacy or what!? I told them “No! Not acceptable!” and they told me the prescription could be found at the CVS in Anna. Seriously horrible customer service. I will never go back there. All this happened on Friday around 6pm when our doctors office is closed for the weekend and I’ll have to call my doctor on Monday to have them resend the prescription to another pharmacy.

CVS pharmacy staff act with no professionalism. Tonight I arrived at CVS at approximately 750 pm. I waited in line behind three cars till exactly 8 o’clock when I was able to pull up to the drive-through pharmacy window. At this point there were no cars behind me and I fully anticipated being served. Instead of providing me service the CVS pharmacy staff closed the window and their metal security gate and refused to acknowledge my presence even after pressing the call button, knocking on the glass, and honking my horn. This was a completely disrespectful interaction from a what should be trained professionals. The pharmacist and a number of technicians were moving about in the space and wouldn’t take a moment to acknowledge my presence or tell apologize that they can’t help me. Totally unacceptable. You just lost a customer.
