Quick stop for gas. Service is good inside. No complaints here.
Always nasty. Never stocked properly. Cashiers could care less
This store has got to be the nastiest 7-11 i have ever been in. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. There was no soap in the dispenser. In this day and time, that should be checked. The staff was acted like they did not care about their customers. Will never go to this place again.
Go to this location all the time - some of the female staff ( middle aged blonde lady in particular) need a refresher course in customer service. This morning (7/2) around 9am, while she had a line of a few customers waiting to pay, thought having a conversation with an old friend was more important than doing her job. She abandoned the line of customers waiting to checkout and carried on chatting w this friend after they checked out. I cleared my throat after a few min only to be ignored and then when I did it again, a snarky comment was made by the friend and when the cashier came back to the line, when it got to me, she didn’t say a word, shoved my items around, didn’t tell me what my total was, just held out her hand for the money. Her friend was still waiting and the cashier was obviously irritated that she was being asked to do her job rather than have social hour. No apology just the sense of entitlement that seems to run rampant among society now.
The service is mediocre, as is to be expected of a 7-11. What irritates me is that they don't put receipt paper in the pumps so you have to come inside and wait in line for your gas receipt.
