It's a good storage place.
I called twice to make my payment on time and the owner wasn't available to get the payment then when I call it was close for the weekend I call back on Monday and I already have a fee added I explain to them that I attempted to make the payment on time but they didn't care one bit
Always have a quick, efficient and kindly professional experience when I come to this location. It is a small office so the box selection does not have much variety but Albert is a problem solver! I’ve used this location three time in the last 5 years I’ve lived in the RGV. Very dependable! #Givealbertabiggeroffice
Great storage facility! Nice property with 24hr surveillance. Can't go wrong with storage depot!
Do not entrust your belongings here!! My storage unit had the lock cut off--all the items removed and gone through , and the unwanted items thrown back into the unit, and another lock put on it. This had to have taken at least a few hours!! No one in this supposedly secure location knew anything about it!! Of course you sign a contract holding the storage depot blameless in the event of loss. The manager did offer a discount on the unit in recompense.....on a unit from which thousands of dollars of items were stolen.....on a unit which I no longer need---big of her. The storage depot would not even call the police for me. There is no key code entry record before April 25 because the system conveniently crashed, hmmmm.....coincidence??? I wonder......Stay away from this place if you value your belongings.
