Called them twice in the last four days to have someone give me an estimate on a new garage door. Each time I was told the sales person would call me after lunch . I am still waiting!!!! How irresponsible!
Had the right brand for the gear that was needed for garage door along with many other brands that I saw available A+
Help from Alamo ordering was great ....nGasket was ordered on first of the month. Supplier in San Antonio had not processed order by 11th of month. Had to cancel order. Perhaps a different supplier is needed. Perhaps Alamo Door shud follow up on orders. 11 days seems a bit long for one part.
Great group of people to work with.nHelpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
