IT'S A VERY SMALL SHIPPING & RECEIVING AREA BUT THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT & PROFESSIONAL. ALSO, THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING ACROSS THE STREET WHILE YOU WAIT FOR DOOR.
They're only getting one star because you can't give a zero star. Very nasty and segregated group of employees. It's almost and reenactment of Southern slavery from the 1400s. Without the shackles and whips. With very poor communication and customer service skills. Beware and be aware when you come here unless of course you are a lighter persuasion.
Not professional place
I hear the lot got fixed but I had a bad experience, in the summer of 2018 when I wrote this review, their dirt lot for the 18 wheelers to back up to their dock door was horrible, there was huge pot holes full of mud from it raining the day before, and the parking lot across the street, where they want drivers to park and walk up to checkin, was as worst. The next day after unloading at LSC, my A/C stopped working properly, and took my truck to the shop at Petro, they told me the lines had a lot of mud, and went all over my radiator, $76 out of pocket for labor just to get it washed with water.... The mechanic told me I might have to take it to a dealership, because it still wasn't working right. I called LSC to tell them they should fix their lot, because it can mess up a truck from underneath, she hung up on me saying it's not her responsibility. Update, I did end up taking my truck to the dealership, and the A/C compressor locked up because the suction lines were clogged with mud (and my truck's a 2017), but if the lot is fixed that's good because I haven't been there since, this was written before.
I got stuck online from a train on Wilson Rd so can't say good or bad
