Ordered an online order, estimated to be ready at 3pm. I get there and park outside for curbside. A employee comes out and asked me for the name of the order. I WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES UNTIL I LEFT WITHOUT MY FOOD! RIDICULOUS! YOU GUYS HAD 1 EMPLOYEE DOING ALL OF CURBSIDE! Obviously that person needed assistance! 4 cars that arrived after me got their order 1st before I decided to leave.
So far, very disapointed! Ordered at 7:15, prepaid cause the employee told me it was best, waited till 9pm and finally called again and I'm told that they thought it was for pickup even though I stressed delivery Then I'm told that the two pizzas are still a little warm cause they were under lights. I tell them I prefer fresh ones. I guess cause I prepaid they don't care If they had been left there.
So I ordered thru the app. Process went good and it said my order was ready. Went to pick it up cause the app said carry out. Once I got in to get the order they told we'll send someone outside to help. Been waiting for over 20 minutes now and nothing. Worst curbside service ever.
nice and friendly folks but this store doesnt participate in piece of the pie rewards so your reward for being a regular customer means your points have to be redeemed elsewhere.
Fast and friendly service that quickly adapts to the public needs. I am glad for the hard and friendly employees for the great service they provide.
