Curious about snowbirds? You are likely to meet one or two in this Good neighbor, well-managed and maintained, stable winter-Texan community. Right next to Harlingen South- near Walmart, HEB, restaurants, easy expressway access. You probably can smell big mac’s cooking on Wednesday- McDonalds is a stones throw, Taco Bell a stoners throw away.

It's such a well kept trailer park. And, it seems very quiet! I want to move there! People waved as I drove by. I like that.
I was just visiting. Even though it is an older park, it is neat and clean.
