I recently had a party at Xtreme jump in Harlingen and it was my first time making one here.When i set up I noticed people where bringing outside food so I asked if that was allowed and they said yes that I had to pay a $30 extra fee which I wasn’t aware since it wasn’t explained to me when I first called them.It also didn’t state that anywhere in the party list or page other wise i would’ve gladly paid for it because it would’ve saved me the almost 1 hour that they took to get out the pizzas.I’m assuming my party host was new she didn’t know how to explain and she looked completely clueless.Not to mention that on my last pizza that i ordered they never called it in so I had my guest waiting then I went to go ask and they had no clue what happened so I asked for a refund since my guest left.The place is awesome for the kids to have fun but they need to train better the employees and managers also like I mentioned before explain what is allowed at the party as the outside food wasn’t stated anywhere and be more organized.I’ve been here any other regular day and i never had a problem till the party

I had a party there and everyone had a blast. It was clean and the employees were very helpful and professional. Definitely will have more birthday parties here.

Worst customer service ever! The lady there was super rude and I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and she kept giving attitude. I was being super patient and calm until she pushed my buttons. I asked her if she was mad and she aggressively said no! Very rude! Never coming to this place again!!!! Super disappointed
