Trash - they charge unreasonable fees I have only experienced in THIS county. Between them and Harligen water service it has been two of the worst ‘business’ for residents I have personally ever seen.nnMakes me rethink about investing here. They take advantage of their citizens more than any other county I have dealt with in a 30 year period. I’m filing a formal complaint with Ken Paxton and the AG/Lt Governor as well. I advise everyone do it as well take no time.

Several times over the last year, I have attempted to make payments online but always get a 404 hypertext error. When I have called to get assistance, I've been told to first create a portfolio. I did so. Still cannot pay online. Same error. Plus, they will not take payments by phone. I work Monday through Friday, beginning before they open and finishing after they close. Can they make it any more difficult?

I have Gone online so many times trying to pay my property taxes and it just does not work. I don’t know if it’s because of an iPhone instead of a computer but I get to a point where I have to select payment method, I press select and it doesn’t accept anything past that point. I am so frustrated.nIt does the same thing every time I’ve gone in.

These people make it hard to pay your taxes --on line and in person and when you call for help machine answers
