Upon arrivals H & R Block on 13th street in Harlingen, I was greeted extremely friendly by the staff and notified there would be a short wait. They asked if I would like to come back and have them give me a phone call when they were ready for me or if I would like to wait in my vehicle. I waited in my vehicle and it was a short wait. The called me to come in and I was assisted by a Estella Martinez. She was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and had exceptional customer service skills. This was my first time filing with H & R block in the 20+ years I’ve been filing and I have never received the amazing customer service experience I did here or receive the highest amount of tax return I have ever received in all my years of filing. I will definitely be back and be a lifelong customer. Keep doing what you’re doing H&R Block! Now I understand why you guys are the BEST income tax company!☺ufe0f

I called the HR Block number to setup an appointment which was confirmed for a virtual appointment for last Wednesday, January 20 in the evening at 6 pm. I called 30 min. after my scheduled time to inquire about what happened since no one called me and a lady mentioned I wasn't on the schedule. Somewhere along the line of communication, it didn't relay to this location. Regardless, she took my information and promised to call me back before they closed that night which she informed was 8 pm. It's January 26 and have yet to receive that call back. Disappointing, and lack of communication yet again.

Terisa Garcia seems very knowledgeable and on top or the new IRS tax laws. She is easy to talk to and does her job in a timely fashion.
