Excellent customer service from Fernando the manager at the Los Fresnos location. Well maintained secure facility. Great place for any storage or moving need.
They staff is very helpful and the units are clean and good size, I also kept my travel trailer stored there and always felt safe
Went in to rent a 15ft U-Haul Truck but was informed it had already been rented and they were on their way for it. The manager on duty (Sat 9AM Aug 1st 2020) was so nice and went out ofnhis way to locate a truck that was within acceptable distance so that I didn't have to go looking around. Thank you!
Fernando the manager at Los Fresnos was very helpful, polite and explained everything, If anyone needs storage I will definitely refer them to his store.
The gentleman Fernando was very help explain the storage sizes and the fees great service. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
