Worked here when it open and since then it’s still bad. Crew Leads don’t even care. Different Manager. Lina was better and Rosa. Most of the people are kids that just don’t care. So won’t guarantee going to this or any McDonald’s. People and their dreams of always complaining for the pay and don’t even care how they send orders. Don’t go to Los Fresnos McDonald’s. People on the morning are way better since most of the cooks are older people and do care for their job.
I have gotten many free items from them and I honestly don't know why. Maybe because other people ordered and did not pick up. Whatever the case I have not had any negative experience with this location. I do however notice their prices are a bit higher than brownsville locations.
They made our Happy Meal cheeseburger wrong and when we came back they gave us another cheeseburger but nothing for our inconvenience. They wanted all the fries my 5 year old had started eating to give her some fresh new hot French fries per the manager. Wow! How mean! They also didn't know how to honor the daily deal in the app. Poor management
Ordered in the app for pick-up and everything way perfect. Good thing for the app cuz there was a long line.
We had a bad experience they told me they did have any bundles because of short on Supplies and short on employees But they make me by. 10 spicy chicken and 10 regular burgers and three large fry 5 large fries and two drinks now tell me they couldn't order all this. Into a bundle
