It's rare to find such efficient and friendly service nowadays. He answered all our questions and then helped us in renting a storage unit. Also worth noting is that the entire renting and paying process is very easy and straightforward -- I completed it in 5 minutes. Then the building and gate access codes were given in the confirmation email -- you don't need to go to the office in person at all. The speed that Matt returned my emails and calls make us feel very confident that if we need any help in the future, it will come in very timely manner. I chose this storage facility after reading 100+ reviews of 13 facilities in or around College Station. And I am very happy that we chose this place.

Leased a 10x20 climate controlled unit for our possessions while our home was being built. We received outstanding service and support my from Matt and his crew. He always answers his phone and responded to the only problem we thought we had (which was actually our fault) with two fine young men who worked hard to locate and solve the issue. Highly recommend; good facilities with outstanding service at a fair price.
The best experience with a storage facility I’ve ever had. I had a storage here for over a year and they were always very nice and clean. The owners were amazing as well, every holiday they would email their greetings and I always thought that was so sweet of them to do. I never had a issue with roaches or other bugs like I have with other storages. I would 100% recommend this place!!!
