I liked the park. There was ample parking and it is easy to get to. The park was clean and well kept. Has a soccer field, playgrounds, community garden and a bunch of picnic tables. It also connects to a natural area which is super fun to explore too. Felt safe the entire time.

Raymond Rimkus Park is a wonderfully cozy family friendly park that we use for exercising, dog walking, picnics and tennis practice. People are friendly and most wear masks when not running around the track. This park has been continuously getting upgrades to the play area for our little minions, has a community garden and the soccer field is perfect for playing fetch with our four legged friends. I highly recommend, especially with Leon Valley PD cruisers circling frequently to ensure safety. Hope this helps your decision to visit for a safe and friendly outdoor excursion. Bring the kiddos too! Remember to keep each other safe and stay classy!

Awesome park! Play area has good variety of age and dexterity based equipment. My grandsons love playing there.nSometimes, we just walk if it is crowded and social distance and masking is lax. Lots of easy trails, picnic tables and pavilions to rent. My granddaughter had her first birthday celebration in the Pavilion. So fun!

Nice, beautiful and clean kept Raymond Rimkus Park, Leon Valley, San Antonio. Great for small groups hangout during summer, nice places for barbecue with small and large pits. Cozy for couples wishing to enjoy outdoor breakfast or lunch. Nice running and walking tracks. Just about anything you'll like to do for fun can happen here.

I can't believe I've lived so close to this park and never knew about it. The playground is huge and my kiddo had a BLAST! This park offers so much and we will definitely return.
