Donal was a pleasure to speak with. Had a billing issue, where I was told that the past due balance on a particular account $196. I paid that in full on behalf of a family member. Donal also confirmed that the next balance due in about 2 weeks from now would be $169. An email was received confirming the payment, and to inform that the next bill due would be $308. No explanation or anything. Somebody somewhere is cashing in. To be told that the bill has been caught up and paid in full only to receive a letter saying more than double the amount would be due for the next month.
Really great place to store belongings and dry. No mold or leaks. Great people to work with also
