As I pulled into park in front of the entrance I saw a young man walk out with a 20 oz Sprite drink in his hand. As I parked I watched him make a face as he opened his drink and walk right back into the store.nThere was a line and when I came t the line after getting my items he was told that he had to speak to the other store clerk.nThe situation is that his drink had already bern opened and the safety seel had been broken. All he wanted was another sprite. They denied him a replacement drink.nYou coukd tell that the young man hag been working outside by his clothes. The drink was still full as the clerk stated which have been more of a reason to replace it.nShane on the manager that denied the exchange.nThe bottom line is, do the right thing by your customers, don't forget that you're still open because we choose to shop here.
