Susie is the reason we returned to this property! She is fantastic! She provides great customer service, keeps the property cleaned and maintained, and she really cares. I will drive across town to keep our unit with her at this property.
Thank you Keith for fixing a situation I had at one of the public storage locations. He went above and beyond to help me find a unit that worked best for me. The service was first class and 100% customer service oriented. I was travel from one city to another and there was miscommunication between me and the front office person. Also the unit they had me in wasn’t as described on the website. No worries thanks to Keith and his ability to think fast on his feet. He got me in the right unit and made it quick and fast so I could be on my way. I’m very grateful and thankful to him and his staff at this location. I recommend this location.
Keith is an excellent property manager. He was so helpful getting us into a unit and explained everything so well. He takes very good care of the property as well and is always busy doing something - checking units and making sure everything is as is should be. He is patient, kind and very good at what he does.
Reba was great. Very helpful. I would definitely refer family and friends to public storage.
