My experience with US Storage Centers has been great! I first rented with them a few years ago and received great customer service from Barbara, the property manager. She was very informative and most importantly, I always received a friendly welcome, which is one of the reasons I came back to US Storage. I recently needed some extra space and fortunately Barbara was there to guide me once more through the process of which unit was the best for my family. The facility itself is very clean and well kept; another reason to rent from here. I highly recommend visiting Barbara so she can set you up with a unit that will best suit your needs!
I've been looking for a new storage unit because the one we have feels overpriced no names mentioned (Public Storage). The place and the storage units were nice and clean. The woman there helped us with our questions and went over pricing. Turns out I'm paying too much and I can get a better deal here. I can't remember the woman's name, she was the healthy sized (Thick) one. If you could tell her thanks cuz she was very helpful to this old man.
It was easy service. Easy to cancel. Central. One of the cheapest storage places we found in a great location.
Very satisfied wit BARBARA the manager n San Antonio Texas off blanco rd. She was so efficient n professional i didnt even spend 15 minutes n her office. She got us in n out n very satisfied wit the storage room. It was the perfect size..
Blanco road facility Property Manager Barbara is a pleasure to work with. Another employee Maristka went out of her way to assist us in moving out by redirecting traffic to allow us to load a moving truck. Would recommend this facility.
