Ordered online at 8:41pm. Tried to track my order via the website that I ordered from. My ordered stayed in 'Prep' for a long time. So I thought maybe it's just not updating. Went to the store to pickup and made it to the window 9:13p. Checked my order on the website while I waited, still in 'Prep'. A guy came to the window and said 'We're way behind. I'll check on your order'. Shortly after a girl came to the window and told me my order wasn't even in the oven yet. Offered to cancel my order. I'd already paid.nnThe phone was ringing the whole time I was there. Like, not answering it. The place was trashy inside.nnI want to say, the girl was nice enough considering the condition of her work environment. This has got to be a direct result of TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP!nnWhoever owns this location really needs to take a look at who the have running it. The potential is definitely extremely higher than the current situation.

I don't do reviews unless they're really great or consistently terrible... this makes the FIFTH TIME I have had to take something back because it was either made wrong, subpar, or burnt to crisp and when calling to correct the problem, the customer service is ridiculous... YOU MESSED UP that's ok it happens but why aren't you trying to fix it???? I felt like i was being interrogated for a crime to get the situation resolved and they were hateful during that. I mean you're going to give me one sauce to add to the undercooked chicken that you can't do anything about.? I ordered out so I didn't have to cook!! I lOVE dominos pizza, but the morale at this location has become awful!!

Would not recommend I ordered a sandwich last night at 12:20 never received it and it says that they were open until 1:00 . no one never delivered my food the driver name was Kenneth

Yeah well I liked the food but I had to wait 1 hour for my food and I found a hair in it

Every time I call this dominos (Richmond rd) I can never get through to anyone it’s always a 30+ min wait when trying to order by phone. Mind you when I ordered delivery once the driver tipped himself from my debit card!
