Excellent Service!! even thought the weather was not helping at all and there was a lot of snow they were able to put back my truck and trailer to the road with no damages at all!

I was on my way home to East Texas and broke down in Texarkana. I needed to get towed to the Volkswagen dealership there locally late in the day. I called Neeleys and they were there quickly to get me loaded up and over to the dealership in time for a potential quick repair! Crossing my fingers!!!nnI can not say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the driver, Tommy, and the office manager Ms Terri. Great people indeed! HIGHLY recommend this place for service. 5 Stars all around! They took a bleak experience and did everything they could to get me back on the road home to my family!nnGod bless Ms Terri, Tommy and Neeleys Towing!!!

I would like to start off by saying thank you to Terry for her fantastic customer service and a huge thank you to Steve who was able to tow what seemed to be an impossible tow of a 1966 Cadillac THAT was left on the side of the road WITH A BROKEN BALL JOINT! My husband and I purchased a car from out of state and had to deal with a seller who after he got his money was not willing to help us (the buyers) in any way. My husband and I don't know texarcana or the surrounding area and when we purchased this vehicle, we were under the impression it was in tip top condition. AND THAT CLEARLY WAS NOT THE CASE. After the 3rd towing company called us to say that they would not be able to tow this car, my husband and I were feeling really hopeless. We came across Neely's towing company and Terry answered the phone with her great customer service and willing to go above and beyond to see what kind of condition this tow was in. After reviewing the photos, She reassured us that her driver Steve who has 30 years of experience in towing would be able to get the job done. Rest assured Steve who by the way also went above and beyond by calling us, and sending us pictures after he got it onto his flat bed, Was able to do the Tow immaculately! We are completely satisfied and so grateful and truly blessed to have come across a towing company that is not just out for your money they really really care for their customers. We loved Steve's job so much that we Asked if he would want to tow it to our city of Las Vegas! Lol. Steve you truly are the best in the business. My husband and I just want to say thank you once again. If we could give five stars over and over again we would.
