There's a couple spots on the gym I would say could be unsafe for children 3 and under, if not cautious. The trail just goes in a small circle around the gym. But for a small, quick stop at the park its nice. Mulch is used on the ground of the play area. Picnic tables close to play area so you can relax while little ones play and still keep a watch on them, and your things, if you have to join the kids on the playground.
Is a nice park first time going since I live nearby but never have gone has alot of benches to sit on not bad to come and spend some time with your family or by yourself .
The restroom facilities at this park are always neat and clean. I like to give a thank you to all the workers at the San Antonio Park and Recreation Center!
Loved it!!! Enjoyed my visit very much.
Small clean park. Play park for children. Walking trails for exercise.
