They provided a discounted service for multiple tenants in the same complex. The original rekey had issues and they were diligent about getting the issue resolved. They made multiple trips to make sure that my door was working properly, despite the reduced price point. Gotta love a business with integrity.

Great customer service experience all around! When I called in, Debbie answered the phone promptly and was kind and helpful. After hanging up, their tech, David, was here in less than 10 minutes! He was knowledgeable, patient, and quick!! Before leaving, he even offered to make me a spare key so I didn’t lock myself out again! No matter which side of town I live on, the Flying Locksmiths will always be my first call for all things lock-related.

The locksmish showed up on time, wore his face mask the whole time and was done really quick. Extremely professional service and we were able to schedule it for the next day. Would definitely recommend. The service call is $69, so make sure you get everything you need done in one go as that would be the best use of the flat fee.

We wanted a card swipe system installed to to make it easier to open the doors and track who is coming/going. They were super helpful in finding us the openpath sytem! Thanks so much, we would definitely recommend these guys for anybody looking to upgrade!!

David was very professional, kind and helpful. He showed up on time and listened to my questions and made a key for a lock on a door very quickly. He stayed to make sure the key and lock worked properly, and used his tools to shape the molding around the key opening so that it worked as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend David and will request him when I need a locksmith again!
