Very professional and efficient.
Informed him that it would be 4 locks & he quoted me for those four locks over the phone & when he arrived he raised the price & his reason was he didn't receive 4 photos, which regardless I stated very clearly which he repeated to me a quote for (4 locks), however since he was already there I didn't want to waste his trip or my time so did it anyways, but definitely not happy about the price issue considering I could have not had the amount he gave me upon arrival, also missed a lock so not too happy with the service but got the job done for the most part & was quick service considering he went out the next day. In my opinion, Just make sure you get the price correct before scheduling & make sure to check ALL locks unlike myself.
I usually don’t leave reviews but, I found this place online and called them for a quote... Needed a new key fob for my moms 2004 truck and Ozzy was a great help! Got exact pricing over the phone and the process only took about 20 minutes. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing similar or exact services.
